CrossFit classes produce tremendous results in a very short period of time. How? CrossFit is high intensity, constantly varied functional movements. This means that you will excel at many different tasks and will bring your fitness to elite levels. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness. What if I am not in good enough shape?

If you’re worried that you’re not in good enough shape to start, don’t be. That’s what we’re here for, to get you fit.  We will scale workouts to your level.  We will show you how we scale our workouts to fit within your personal level.   Once there is no longer a need to scale our workouts you will be challenged as they are prescribed with the fittest of athletes in mind.

My objective as a coach and as a trainer is pretty simple; I want each day to be better than your last. I have experienced firsthand the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle and know that without making the right choices; anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, insomnia and an overall lack of well-being would creep their way back into my life. Yes, I love training athletes, but I also strive to help train those who just want to be fit, those who want to lose a few (or a few dozen) pounds, and those who simply want to be able to walk around without feeling those aches and pains that have conveniently been categorized as the status quo of aging. Fitness and nutrition have always been something I have been passionate about, but it was not until finding CrossFit that I found a program that had the power to change lives so completely and so drastically. I believe in the program and the training we provide.  I am challenged daily and grateful every time I get to see an athlete have that “light bulb” moment or reach that goal that they have set for themselves.  My goal for my clients is the same one I set for myself on a daily basis; give it all you’ve got. If you always strive for progress, you will end up reaching excellence.

Intro Session = FREE!!  Contact us to set up a free trial session that will show you a new brand of fitness.

We do not require a down payment, nor do we require a long term commitment.  Just come and get fit.

On Ramp program:  REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW CROSSFIT MEMBERS.  In order to start attending classes, new members must learn the fundamentals of CrossFit.

Group On Ramp – $150(includes On Ramp course and the rest of the month of WODS) – On Ramp includes two weeks of 6 group classes.    Group On Ramp is held once a month and you must register in order to attend.  Please call to get the current On Ramp schedule.

Private On Ramp – $200 – Includes 4 private On Ramp classes with a CrossFit trainer.  On Ramp is done on your schedule!

Ultimate package: Unlimited CrossFit Bedford classes.  1 month for $150 ($6.25 a class)

Premium package: Unlimited classes, Unlimited tanning, Access to Fitness Authority (24 hour fitness center) with  shower facilities. 1 Month  $175 ($7.29 a class)

First Responders/Military Discount:
First Responders (Fire Fighters, EMT, Police) and Military (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard) will receive 20% off of their monthly membership.

Student Discount:
