High School Athletics

What:

CFB Athletics is a program designed to bring high level weightlifting and program instruction to high school and college athletes and coaches.

When:

  • Session 1: Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday 2:30pm-3:30pm
  • Session 2: Tuesday/ Thursday 2:30pm-3:30pm

Why:

Weightlifting is our expertise. Working with high level Strength coaches is not readily available for most high school and college athletes. Too often, we see young athletes not giving themselves enough time or doing the right things to have their strength training work for them. In the industry we see athletic training programs delivering a skills, drills and conditioning program at a relatively high level. What they are lacking is a proper strength and power development program. The main reason is because that is not their expertise. The second is there is not enough time in the session to do it all. CFB Strength and Power believes that proper progressions in weightlifting are the key for athletic success. We deliver our skills, drills and conditioning in our warm up drills and at the end of sessions. The core of our program is reserved for what counts, getting strong and powerful. How:

Athlete Strength Development:

This program runs in 4 week cycles and meets 2 (Tuesday/Thursday) days per week. Our focus is on teaching proper fundamentals and proper progressions. This is not a cookie cutter program. Each athlete will be working under a coaches eye and working on their own individualized program. Whether an athlete’s goal is weight gain, leaning out or just getting stronger, faster and more powerful, our coaches will take you to the next level.

  • Monthly 2 Day – $110 per student
  • Monthly 3 Day- $144 per student
